THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CTP'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and CTP regarding your use of the publicly available Site.

Separate written agreements governing CTP's consulting, advisory, speaking, training, or other professional services will control with respect to those services.
